These Terms govern text-message (SMS) communications between Upper Peninsula Construction and Inspection Services ("UPCIS") and you. By texting our business number, you agree to these Terms.

Program description

UPCIS uses SMS for two-way conversational messaging with customers who contact our published sales business phone number (906) 448-2549 to inquire about or schedule home inspection or construction services. Messages may include: replies to service inquiries, appointment scheduling and confirmations, clarifications about the services we provide, and status updates on work in progress. No marketing or promotional content is sent.

How to opt in

You opt in by texting our business number at (906) 448-2549. We do not add anyone to this program who has not first contacted us.

Message frequency

SMS is conversational and non-recurring. You will only receive messages in direct response to your own inquiries and the services you have requested. There is no fixed sending schedule.

Message and data rates

**Message and data rates may apply.** UPCIS does not charge for messages; however, your mobile carrier's standard charges for sending and receiving text messages may apply. Please check with your carrier for details.

 

How to get help

**Reply HELP** to any message from UPCIS to receive contact information for support. You may also email ben@upinspect.com or call (906) 448-2549.

 

How to opt out

**Reply STOP** to any message from UPCIS at any time to be unsubscribed from this SMS program. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS from us. To re-subscribe, simply text us again.

 

Service availability

SMS delivery relies on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. UPCIS is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the SMS program. By texting us, you represent that you are 18 or older or that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

 

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from the SMS program will be resolved in the courts of Dickinson County, Michigan.
